Community Allotment Updates

I'm so pleased to report that we have a good crop of tomatoes and runner beans which we have been sharing with volunteers and our community.  If your out and return home to a little surprise (of veg) on your door step, it could be us!

Our  Allotment is looking like an Allotment now,  Red Tomatoes, pumpkins growing nicely and Runner Beans still coming......
I'm so proud of what weve achieved in such a little time.  Looking forward to next year and the years after that!  Cant wait till were sharing our produce with our local community and food banks!

We now have some vegetables ready to pick!
Yellow Beans, Corguettes and Mange Tout are producing crops and Runner Beans and Tomatoes should be ready soon.

I am pleased to let you know that our project is starting to build momentum.

We have 2 new members on board - welcome to Wendy and Angela! 

We have started to plant a few plants out.  We now have tomatoes, Logan Berries, Gooseberries, Corguettes and Strawberries growing

I have been growing some Runner Beans, Beans and Mange Tout peas at home for planting out - hopefully next week.

And i am very excited to tell you that Mick has made a wonderful sign 'Community Allotment', which is now on display for all to view, and its fantastic - well done Mick!

Our Saturday morning Club is going well, so join us if you can....
